There are key factors that go into you playing your game well. Some of those factors are eating right, warming up, and having the right mindset. Eating right can have a huge factor on your game. Having a balanced diet will help your stamina be naturally increased which reduces injury. But also before a game you need lots of carbohydrates so most athletes usually eat pasta. Pasta is so commonly "praised" among athletes because it is so easy to make and its also customizability with meats, veggies, cheese, and sauces. A bad example of a thing to eat before a game is a burger because the red meat will weigh you down since it is not as light as pasta and you wont get the right nutrients. Warming up is probably the most important even if you don't eat right. Warming up is good cause it loosens your muscles and prevents injury. Some key stratches for soccer players are the seat stretch and foward lunge. How you do the seat stretch is you first sit on a flat surface with your legs toegther, straight out in front of you then hold each ankle and bring your chin toward your knees. Hold for five seconds, then repeat five times. How you do the foward lunge is that with one leg you bend one leg 90 degrees, stretch your other leg back far as you can, then lean foward and hold for five seconds, then repeat five times. Then do the same things with the opposite leg.
This is the seat stretch.

Thanks for this, I was looking for something like this. Do you have any stretches that you personally prefer to do?
