Cow Face Arms Stretch

If you seen my previous post i did a shoulder stretch, and i decided to do another shoulder stretch because shoulders are important for all sports.

1. Stand at the top of your mat. 
2. Reach your right arm up overhead toward the ceiling and relax your left arm down along your left side 
3. bend your left elbow internally rotating the shoulder and place the back of your left hand on your low back
4. at the same time reach your right arm overhead externally rotating the shoulder and bend your elbow placing your right hand on your upper back. 
5. slowly slide both hands together and interlace your fingers
