So far, I’ve been making easy to pack lunches, so I tried to
make a breakfast like meal. This one was probably the easiest one if I had to
pick. The process was very quick and took me around 10 minutes to complete.
The main part of this breakfast, were the toast slices. I lightly
toasted two slices of bread, crust pre-cut. Then I spread two scoops of peanut
butter on one slice and two scoops of Nutella on the other. After placing them
together, I simply cut them in half. My book suggested to decorate the toast
slices, so I had my little siblings decorate! They used a plastic piping bag,
but because I didn’t have one, I went back to improvising. Instead, I used a Ziploc
baggy, placed the Nutella inside and snipped the end. It worked just as well.
After decorating the little sandwiches, I placed them gently
into my container, careful not to ruin the clearly beautiful Nutella artwork. To
add just a little more to the empty container, I poured in some cereal. It doesn’t
seem like much, but this really was all I did. These breakfast sandwiches later
inspired me to make my final lunch piece; the original ham and turkey sandwich.
Stay tuned :) Question; what is your favorite breakfast food?
